Iwajib Group was established in 2008 to create a living experience that embodies the idea of “comfort living in a luxury of space”.

Right from the beginning, our focus has been to build value for all our purchasers and to create "comfort living in a luxury of space". Hence, exceptional craftsmanship, extensive security, emphasis on natural lighting and ventilation, and lush yet practical landscaping are all proud features of the Idaman residential development series.
The company was founded in 2008 with the initial development of the gated- and-guarded residential neighbourhood "Taman Cheras Idaman 2 (phase 1)" (40 units). Following its completion, we then went on to develop "Taman Cheras Idaman 2 (phase 2)" (133 units). Having completed both projects three (3) months ahead of schedule to the full satisfaction of the homeowners, we pride ourselves in our reputation as a responsible real estate developer that strives to go above and beyond for all our purchasers.
Thereafter, we set our sights on OnePark, Taman Semenyih Idaman. OnePark is an award winning gated and guarded residential development comprising of 250 units of double storey terrace homes with a particular emphasis on security & premium materials. This emphasis is reflected in the recognition by StarProperty Awards. For our efforts, OnePark was awarded the Safe Haven Award and Class Act Award 2020 for the best security features and the most quality finishes in a development respectively.
OnePark Phase 1, comprising of 137 units, was completed on 9th August 2019 and Phase 2, comprising of 113 units was completed in 2021.
Today, Iwajib Group has two developments now selling: IX SURIA Residences and Vista Idaman. PJ Hi-Tech Hub and Nur Idaman @ Taman Lingkaran Nur are upcoming.

2008 — Iwajib Group founded
Established as a boutique real estate developer.
2012 — Taman Cheras Idaman 2, Phase 1
The guarded neighbourhood delivers its first 40 double-storey terrace homes.
2014 — Taman Cheras Idaman 2, Phase 2
A further 133 units complete the development, with both phases handed over three months ahead of schedule.
2019 — OnePark, Phase 1
137 homes in the 250-unit gated-and-guarded community are completed on 9 August 2019.
2020 — StarProperty Awards
OnePark is recognised with the Safe Haven Award and the Class Act Award.
2021 — OnePark, Phase 2
The final 113 units are delivered.
2026 — IX SURIA Residences reaches full height
Both 18-storey towers reach their full structural height in July 2026.

The Safe Haven Award, also known as The Best Security Features Award, awards projects that provide an exemplary standard of both physical barriers, natural barriers and private security for a secure living environment for the residents.
The Class Act Award, also known as The Best Quality Finishing Award, recognises projects that not only has a beautiful aesthetic but also a functional design language executed to perfection.
